KWO Shipping & Ordering Schedule
November 20th, 2010 will be the next Cut-Off date to order our KWO German Nutcrackers, Smokers & Candle Holders.
We do stock a couple of German Nutcrackers & Smokers in stock, as well as the Christmas Scented Incense, so if a specific product does not mention a KWO shipping schedule, assume that we have it ready to ship!
Ordering Cutoff Dates for 2010 :
- July 15th - Arrives to you around mid-August
- November 29th - Arrives to you in Mid December
- March 15th - Arrives to you in Mid-April
How It Works :
We can bring you the lowest prices on these Genuine German products because we custom order them directly for customers. Since we do not have the overhead cost of holding inventory, we pass the savings directly on to you.
- All items ship to you approximately 3-6 weeks after the cut off date.
- All Smokers come with 3 Free packets of Incense. Your choice of Aroma.
- Only Nutcrackers labeled as Genuine "Nut Cracking" are meant to crack nuts.
- These are considered custom ordered items, so please review our return policy
Special Order (Off-Schedule) Shipping Rates :
We do have the ability to ship single items off schedule, but this can be expensive, since there is a customs fee of approximately 58 EUR ($86).
When we ship during the normal schedule, we have a large enough order to cover the customs fee, and both shipping from Germany to the USA, and then from our warehouse to your house.
If you would like to ship an item off schedule, we regretfully must pass on this additional shipping and customs charges.
Please contact us for an off schedule shipping quote prior to purchasing an item, so we can tell you the exact shipping and customs charge. (Approx. $60 - $80 for most items)
We will send you a Paypal invoice for the shipping quote, or we can send you an invoice for the shipping quote and the product.
