As our mission states, we are looking for artists who create their own products, but do not currently sell them online.

Basic Costs if you built your own website :
- To Host your Own Website can costs hundreds per month
- Hosting Fees can range from $60 to $120 monthly
- Fees to allow online payment processing can cost up to $70 per month
- Other auction websites charge a per-item listing fee + a selling fee
- You must design an attractive & SECURE website
- You must spend time constantly updating and working on inventory levels
- You must spend time and money promoting the site

How do you List your Items :
- Assign item numbers to all of your products
- Fill out this excel form with as much detail as possible
- Provide us with high resolution images of each product
(usually on a CD, or we can take the photos for a nominal fee)
- Determine the amount of money you wish to receive for this item.
(Normally this is around 70-85% of your normal selling price, but you tell us the amount!)
- Administrative / selling costs are added to this amount, so you ALWAYS receive your asking amount.
- Pre-determine your shipping costs for each type of item
(We can work with you on this aspect of the sales process)

What happens when an Item Sells :
- Your Unknown Art Gallery Representative will email you with sales details
- You can use our packing slip, or a custom packing slip of your design
- You will ship the product to the customer
- At the end of each month, you will receive an detailed sales record, along with a check for the total sales and shipping amounts.
Maintenance Activities :
Tell us the amount of time it takes to make each new item
Keep us updated on inventory quantities
Tell us if / when you retire an item
Let us know if you want to run specials on certain items

Warranty & Return Policy
- You develop your own warranty & return policies & include them in your biography.
- We will also include them in a common Artist location for customers to review.
