The Seaboard Traders of South Carolina's Return Policy applies to all of their online retail stores, with the exception of UnknownArtGallery.com, which features customized and unique artwork, and is therefore non-returnable, except where stated in the individual artist's return policies.
Returns are as simple as one, two, three :
- Fill Out our Return Form to obtain an RMA number and address.
- You will Receive an RMA # and shipping address within 2 Business days.
- Print out and include the RMA Form with the item(s) you are returning.
Timelines for Returns, Exchange, Damage & Defectives:
Report Shipping Damage - 3 Days from date of delivery
Defective Items - 10 Days from date of delivery
Returns & Exchanges - 30 Days from date of delivery
Returns are due 20 Days after RMA Issuance
Refunds are Issued within 1-2 weeks

- If you refuse your shipment without requesting authorization :
- Returnable items will be assessed a 30% Restock restocking fee.
- Ineligible items will receive 50% of value of sale price in store credit.
- Contact the Carrier and initiate a claim within 24 hours!
- Freight damages are the responsibility of the carrier.
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- Give us any claims numbers so we may help expedite the process.
- Seaboard Traders will ship a replacement if one is available.
- Any broken, torn or otherwise defective items must be reported within 10 days.
- Defective items will be replaced with the Same Item only.
- No additional shipping charges apply when we ship a replacement.
- We always ship Ground on replacements.
- Repairs : (Manufacturer Warranties Only)
- Within 30 days, we will help facilitate repairs.
- After 30 days, you Must contact the manufacturer directly for repairs.
- Items with a manufacturer warranty should arrive with a warranty card.
- Returns & Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
- After 30 days, all sales are final.
- Not all items are eligible for return. See the "Exceptions" section.
- Item must be able to still be sold as "NEW"
- Prepackaged items must be returned in an unopened condition
- Merchandise must be in original factory condition
- Must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
- Clothing may not have been worn or laundered.
- Clothing must have all tags, hangers and packaging intact.
- Shoes must be returned unworn and in the original shoe box.
- Movies/DVD/Software/Media may only be returned unopened.
- Items returned in any condition other than "NEW" are subject to partial store credit.

- Returnable items :
- Arrive unexpectedly without an RMA number. 30% Restock
- Arrive in any condition other than "NEW". 0 - 50% of value
- Mutiple sizes of the same item ordered with the intent to return.75% of value
- Delivery refused by customer without prior authorization.30% Restock
- Non-returnable items :
- 50% of value for "NEW" condition.
- 0% for items not in "NEW" condition
- Our order processing system is connected to our warehouses, and require manual intervention
- Once placed, orders normally cannot be cancelled or altered
- We will try to cancel orders within 3 hours of placement, but cannot guarantee cancellation
- All shipped orders will be subject to the general return policy.
- All Sale & Clearance merchandise
- Food & Candy Products
- Customized, Personalized or other special order merchandise
- Opened or customer damaged products.
- Perishable food items.
- Any Collegiate Photographs / Paintings from GameDayTackle.com or UnknownArtGallery.com.
- All items sold on UnknownArtGallery.com are custom and therefore final, except where stated by an individual artist's return policy.
- Clothing which has been worn, soiled, washed or damaged.
- Bags, purses, wallets, shoes and other goods which have been worn or used
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Orders originally shipped with complimentary shipping will have regular shipping charges deducted from the return credit.
- Customer pays return shipping costs except in cases where the wrong item was shipped
- If exchanging an item, customer pays the shipping charges on replacement items.
- All returns must be sent Postage and Insurance paid.
- Customers are responsible for damage during return shipping if insurance is not purchased.
- C.O.D.'s will not be accepted and no refund or store credit issued.
- Customers must fill out the online form to officially request an exchange. An RMA# will be provided at that time.
- Customers are required to cover all shipping costs associated with returning the original product.
- Proper Shipping insurance should be purchased, as the customer is responsible for the item until it is received by Seaboard Traders
- Customers are required to cover all shipping costs associated with the reshipment of the exchanged product
- Once the original product has been received and shipping costs for the exchange item have been paid for by the customer, the new product will ship
- Any products ineligible for return are also ineligible for exchange.
