The Seaboard Traders of South Carolina's Return Policy applies to all of their online retail stores, with the exception of UnknownArtGallery.com, which features customized and unique artwork, and is therefore non-returnable, except where stated in the individual artist's return policies.

Returns are as simple as one, two, three :
1. Contact our Returns Department , or call us at 888-779-5262 to obtain an RMA number.
2. Print out and complete the RMA Form and include it with the item(s) you are returning.
3. We will provide you with the RMA # and shipping address within 2 Business days.

Timelines for Returns, or to Report Damage & Defective merchandise:

  • Damage during Shipping - 3 Days from date of delivery
  • Defective Items - 10 Days from date of delivery
  • Normal Returns - 20 Days from date of delivery
  • Custom or Personalized Items - No Returns
  • Time Required to Process a Return and Issue a Refund - 2-3 weeks

  • Detailed Returns Information :

    • Items Damaged during shipping / Delivery Acceptance
      • Freight damages & claims are the responsibility of the carrier and must be filed with them immediately, within 24 hours
      • Contact us within 3 days of delivery. Pass on any claims numbers provided by the freight carrier to help expedite the process.
      • Obtain an RMA number, fill out this form and return it along with the merchandise and original invoice / packing slip.
      • If you refuse your shipment upon delivery, there will be a 25% restocking fee assessed on the return.

    • Defective Items
      • Any broken, torn or otherwise defective items must be reported within 10 days
      • Defective items will be replaced with same item (no shipping charges when we ship the replacement back out. We always ship Ground on replacements)
      • Repairs : (Manufacturer Warranties Only)
        • Within 30 days, you may contact us to help facilitate repair for any items with manufacturers warranties (e.g. Game Time Watches)
        • After 30 days, you must contact the manufacturer directly for repairs.
        • Most items with a manufacturer warranty will arrive with a warranty card.

    • Buyer's Remorse (Non-Damaged / Non-Defective Returns & Exchanges)
      • 20 days from the day of delivery. After that time, all sales are final.
      • Not all items are eligible for return. Please review the "Exceptions" section below
      • Condition of Returns Items :
        • Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
        • Prepackaged items must be returned in an unopened condition
        • Clothing must be returned in original, unworn condition with all tags, hangers and packaging intact. Otherwise you will not receive full credit for the return.
        • Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box. Shoes returned with markings, address info, etc. on the shoe box or missing the shoe box will be refused and returned to sender.
        • Movies/DVD/Software/Media may only be returned unopened
        • Items must be able to still be sold as "NEW"
        • Items returned in any condition other than "NEW" are subject to partial store credit instead of refund. See details in the section labeled "Issuance of Store Credit"

    • Restocking Fees :
      • 15% on all items, unless otherwise specified or prohibited.
      • 5% or $7 (greater value) in cases where the wrong item was sent, but the buyer opts to cancel instead of accepting an exchange.
      • 5% or $7 (greater value) in cases where an item arrives damaged by the freight carrier and the buyer opts to cancel instead of accepting an exchange.
      • 30% for opened but unused / unwashed Bedding, Curtains, Valances, etc.
      • 30% (up to $25) on customized, unused Enmon Bags & Wallets.
      • 30 % on order placed for multiple similar items and/or multiple sizes of the same item in order to try and then return

    • Issuance of Store Credit:
      • Any items returned without an RMA number will receive 90% of the value in store credit. No refunds will be offered.
      • Returnable Items which are returned in any condition other than "NEW" are subject to a store credit of 0% - 50%, depending on if the item can be sold as used.
      • Non-returnable items which are returned anyway will receive 30% of the original sales value in store credit, as long as they are in "NEW" condition. 0% store credit if they are in any other condition.

    • Order Changes / Cancellations :
      • Once placed, orders cannot be changed.
      • If the item has not shipped, the greater amount of 5% or $7 will be assessed as a cancellation fee on all canceled orders, when the cancellation is initiated by the buyer.
      • Once the item has shipped, orders can not be cancelled, and will be subject to the general return policy.

    • Exceptions (Merchandise Ineligible for Return) :
      • All Sale & Clearance merchandise
      • Customized, Personalized or otherwise special order merchandise
      • Opened or otherwise damaged products.
      • Perishable food items.
      • Any Collegiate Photographs / Paintings from GameDayTackle.com or UnknownArtGallery.com.
      • All items sold on UnknownArtGallery.com are custom and therefore final, except where stated by an individual artist's return policy.
      • Clothing which has been worn, soiled, washed or damaged.
      • Bags, purses, wallets and other goods which have been used

    • Shipping Charges
      • Shipping charges are not refundable.
      • Orders originally shipped with complimentary shipping will have regular shipping charges deducted from the return credit.
      • Customer pays return shipping costs except in cases where the wrong item was shipped
      • If exchanging an item, customer pays the shipping charges on replacement items.

    • Return Shipping Instructions :
      • All returns must be sent Postage and Insurance paid.
      • Customers are responsible for damage during return shipping if insurance is not purchased.
      • C.O.D.'s will not be accepted and no refund or store credit issued.
